Prices and Payments
Please note that all prices are subject to changes. Please be aware that listed product prices are NOT including Taxes or Import Duties, depending on the country of destination. Sales tax or any other kind of taxes now in force or hereafter imposed on the order, all such additional costs and taxes shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Although we have taken all reasonable care to make sure that prices advertised on our website are accurate at the time of publication, a small number of products may be mispriced. Any changes will be outlined in the order confirmation email, including the shipping costs and applicable taxes depending on the country of destination.
Criteria for Accepting Returns
14 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY
House of Avenues always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control and we promises to provide you with a “14-day Return Warranty” within 14 days after the receipt of your purchase (as determined by the date of received the order).
***Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package, Any return or exchange will be valid without any email confirmation.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS?
- If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org
- To guarantee a fast & smooth warranty process, please indicate order details including order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us photos that can display the problem in your email
- Once we received your emails, we will reply you within 3 - 5 Business Working Days (not included Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday)
- Please return your products and make sure that the item for returning is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact.
- Once we receive the returned products and determine that they meet the return criteria, , we will credit back the refund to your credit card account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
For “14-days Return Warranty”, it is subject to refund within 14 days after delivery, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE or Discounted items cannot be refunded without any quality issues.
- The refund amount is subject to the actual payment amount.
- If there is any free gift in the order and you cannot fulfill the original order requirements of receiving free gift(s) after making returns, it must be returned together with the order for refund. If the free gift is not returned, the retail amount of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If your order cannot fulfill the original order requirements of applying the coupon code after making return, the total value of the coupon code will be deducted from the refund. Once the order is refunded, the relevant coupon code cannot be used again.
- Any loyalty point reward and discount used in the order cannot be refund or used again.
- We do not offer free returns if the reasons other than quality problems. Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over HK$500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please make sure that the item for returning is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact.

- Product remains unworn, unused and unwashed
- All Product tags present
- All original tags attached
- In Resell-able condition
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com of the reason.
For wrong size purchased, returns or products exchanges, the delivery fees incurred in the exchange are borne by customers. Please note that no cash or credit card refund will be given. All exchanges would have to be for items of the same value or higher.
Please note: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our address below. We are not responsible for any item(s) that are lost or damage in transit. Once we have received the item in good condition, we will proceed with the exchange as agreed.
